  • What are the benefits of creating an account?

    In creating an account, you're able to take advantage of adding items to your favorites for later viewing along with the ease of tracking orders and costs

  • How do I create an account?

    Click the "Login" page at the bottom of our website. You will be prompted to enter a valid email address to which we will send you a login link. After clicking the link in the email, you will be brought to your account where you can manage your password, CyberByte insights, and more

  • How do I reset my password?

    For added security, Digital Mind Solutions uses passwordless authentication for its account. Click "Login" at the bottom of the website. Enter your email address and click "Get Sign-In Link". Digital Mind Solutions will then send you an automatic sign-in link if you have an account with us

  • Why are Digital Mind Solutions Prices Lower?

    Digital Mind Solutions works very closely with its partners.  In doing so, we've created (and continue to create) strong relationships to bring you the best prices possible on all products

  • What does "Bulk Order" mean?

    At Digital Mind Solutions, we provide the convenience of bulk ordering for a wide range of products. When you purchase the quantity specified (or more) under Bulk Order, you will benefit from the specified discounted price for each item


    If you do not find a Bulk Order option listed at the beginning of the product description; the item is not eligible for Bulk Ordering

  • Why Do Some Categories have Limited Products?

    Digital Mind Solutions is very particular with who it partners with.  While there are several variables that may affect this, some reasons may be that the manufacturers we partner with may not have many products within that category, prodcuts have been discontinued, and/or we're working on adding more products to that space. If you're unable to find a specific product within our site, we encourage you to reach out to us via the form on our Contact Us page and let us know

  • How can I search for products?

    Click in the search bar at the top of Digital Mind Solutions, provide your search criteria, and press "Enter" on your keyboard

  • Why is there Minimum Quantity Limits on Various Products?

    Minimum quantity levels enables us to bring our clients the most competitive prices possible.

Shipping and Delivery

  • What is the Turn Around Time for Shipping Orders?

    Our goal is to get your products to you ASAP.  Orders are generally processed within the same day up to 24-48 hours of receiving payment.  Orders will not be shipped until payment has been received. Some orders may get delayed due to payment, stock availability, and/or other unforseen circumstances

  • Why are Shipping Options Limited?

    Digital Mind Solutions works with several partners on a daily basis in order to bring you the best in class products at a low cost. In doing so, not all of our partners offer the same shipping options as one another. Therefore, Digital Mind Solutions has simplified the ordering process to minimize logistics complications. But don't worry! If you need your product(s) sooner than the shipping ETA, feel free to reach out to us via the form on our Contact Us page and we'll check to see if we can accomodate your request

Warranties, Returns, and Exchanges

  • What is Digital Mind Solutions Exchange Policy?

    Digital Mind Solutions general exchange policy is 14 Days.  However, some manufacturers have their own exchange policy.  Exchange policy information is provided at the bottom of each product description

  • What is Digital Mind Solutions Return Policy?

    Digital Mind Solutions general return policy is 30 Days.  However, some manufacturers have their own return policy.  Return policy information is provided at the bottom of each product description

  • What Types of Warranties does Digital Mind Solutions Offer?

    Digital Mind Solutions itself does not provide warranties on products.  The warranty is provided by the manfacturer.  All Warranties and Add-Ons must be purchased at the same time with the product to which the warranty is for.  Warranty information varies and can be found at the bottom of each product description.     Digital Mind Solutions accepts PayPal and the following major credit/debit cards: American Express, Cartes Bancaires, China Union Pay,  Diners, Discover, JCB, Mastercard, and Visa

  • Can I cancel or modify an order?

    An order can be usually be modified if it has not yet been shipped. If the order has already been placed for shipment; an RMA would need to be completed and processed. Please contact our support team as soon as possible should you need to modify an order
